The argument at the end of the clip, where the guy claims 'look at the picture, he doesn't look like a terrorist" sounds like an ad hominem or a red herring response. The cops did not accuse him of being a terrorist they were just being irrational and were looking for answers in an unlawful way but that doesn't not mean that they were accusing him of being a terrorist. I would wonder how this story would differ if all the factors were the same but the Ron supporter was black or indian. Would fox even run the story? Since it would be harder to appeal to the audience that wouldn't have given a second thought of detaining a man of a non-white appearance with 42,000 in cash. It would seem to be harder to argue in favor of a man that was reluctant of giving up information if this was the case, or at least possibly this could be the case.
